Looks good to me. He signed a ton of stuff for Scoreboard back in the 1990s, a great deal of which was hawked on QVC.

I did a PSA quick opinion and they don't think it is genuine. Guess I'll pass on this one.

my first inclination was not authentic.  the oe in Joe is off, as is the M and gg. also baseline is screwy.
