Is this authentic chili peppers item?

Hi everybody,

I came across this photo with supposedly RHCP signed autographs.

Seller claims that bought it and assured me it’s real. He actually wrote me that if it won’t pass PSA/DNA, JS and so forth, I will be refunded.

Do you think it’s real?
