Is this autograph of Raymond Burr authentic?

This autograph is on a photo being sold on Ebay by a person who claims that his friend witnessed Raymond Burr signing the photo in 1968. The friend is deceased, so I cannot verify this claim. He is selling it as is, for $25.00, which signals a "red flag" to me. What do you think?

This isn't authentic. I wouldn't recommend buying from this seller.

Thank you for your reply.  I really would like an autograph of Raymond Burr, but I guess I will have to wait until I can afford one.
