Sorry, I just realized that you were looking at strictly the 2011 WS, a Pujols ball in general would cost less, but if you're looking for a specialized one, I guess you gotta pay. :- )

Looks to be authentic. JSA will certify it for $25 if you can catch them at a local show doing authentications or you can ship it to them for the same price but unfortunately the shipping and insurance both ways will probably cost another $25 or so. May not be worth it.

I agree that the signature looks a little smaller than usual, but the letter formation, slant etc look fine

Their web site shows $25 for a basic certificate and $45 for a full LOA. I don't think they can charge you $55 at a show. You should get the basic for $25 as advertised on their web site.
