Is this Dirk Nowitzki signed basketball authentic (sold by DebbyGR on eBay)?

This ball comes with a Mavericks LOA that does not even specify what the LOA is for.  Could you please weigh in on thoughts about the authenticity of the signature itself?  The link is below.  Thanks, Mike
