I spent about 5 hours (as I always do) cross-referencing this with known authentic pieces out there, and it checked every single box. The seller is highly reputable as well. I was hoping to hear from others, but I'm sure there aren't many old-school Green Day fans anymore.

Paul, I ended up buying the one I posted pictures of here (cost was around $250). The signatures appear to be fully authentic, as they also appear to be signed by three unique hands. The autographs are spot-on for the 1994 time period as well.
