Is this Humphrey Bogart real?

I got it a collector's scrapbook. It was dated 1938 twice. Any thoughts?

It does not look right to me, missing the loops etc I am used to seeing

Thanks for the feedback. It didn't seem correct to me either. The only reason I even considered it was due to the dates.
