Is this Larry Macphail autograph real or stamped? Help please

Please note I originally listed in the baseball section instead of here.  My apologies to the Mods.  but anyone's help is needed

I thought I caught a heck of a deal on this ebay item:

As you can see the title (and the PSA Cert!) is for a signed Lee MacPhail autograph.  Being a long time collector, I knew it was a Larry MacPahil signature and immediately made an offer and was accepted. 

My concern now is that the autograph my be stamped.  The letter is from 1945 and is on thin typewritter-paper.  There is no indentation on the papers and I don't see the signature raised under a magnifying glass either.  Plus the signature is perfect.

I already called PSA DNA and they are investigating as well.  PSA/DNA # F16882

Any feedback is greatly appreciated

it looks like a stamp. can you see any crossing over of the letters, like you would in a real signature?  Stamps would not have this.
