Is this Prince real???........ACE Authenticated

Hello everyone,

Thought i would ask opinions on this item i saw today on ebay. It certainly isnt the worst forgery that i have ever seen, but it doesnt look authentic to me. But i could be wrong, and therefore would like some other opinions. It appears to be  certed by ACE, although i cant read the cert number. Thoughts?

Looks fake to me. Besides the picture is from 2002 and I think he stopped signing around 94-95..

I would look at anything that has an ACE cert with a healthy degree of skepticism.
