Ian this is genuine for sure( had many IP from RP and this is a good example compared to how he signs now) , if i was you I would make them and offer on oasis and this, I'm sure you could get a much better price, thay need the turnover... goodluck Matt

Many thanks for your advice matt.I didn't want to make myself a nuisance on AL but I also didnt want to get caught with my pants down as we say in the UK lol.

I have never seen an authentic signature (past or present) from Plant that looks anything like this one. I'd steer clear of it.

how about this one i got IP late last year,very similar to the one Ian has posted here, anyway you could always pay $15 and get a quick opinion from roger epperson....

Yours is clearly authentic and a very nice example of Plant's signature from the past 10+ years.

Compare the tail ends of the signatures and tell me they look anything alike.

the end of the signature is the key, as J. Mikael points out.  the one in the subject looks nothing like the ones that have been deemed authentic, including mine which I received in person.

this what i love about AML, the debates and the passion people show on here and that reminds me of an old friend from arizona who quotes "opinions are like a******* everybody has one" and that's mine, opinion that is....
