I notice he has a "Paul Harvey" signed photo for sale which is obviously not Paul Harvey, and the signature does not say Paul Harvey.  This a pretty major mistake

I am not even suggesting forgery.  He is only asking $15.00 for the Paul Harvey.  It just is not a photo of Harvey, nor is the signature anything like Harvey's.  It shows carelessness, at least, in checking whom he is selling.
