At first glance, I think so.  I'd double check this with the Eastlink group, or wait for Mark or Jason to chime in.  Bono and Edge are both noticeably rushed, which always makes me hesitant to give it a thumbs up.  I'd ask questions about how they got Mullen, since he's the notorious tough signer of the band (I don't really tend to see him date his signatures either).

I'm also questioning why the collector chose a beat-to-crap copy of NYD to get these signatures.  But, my instinct is these are real, though not quite an ideal item.  Nothing is immediately striking me a wrong looking about it.  I'd wait for further feedback and then purchase only if you think you're getting a good deal.
