Is this VAN HALEN album the real deal

I don't know VH autographs well but I'm sure there is someone in here with a good eye for VH stuff.

No don't have a good feeling about this one. Also it is dedicated but the signatures all look on some spots off. The M in Michael is usually not that round plus flow and pressure of the pen looks similar to all graphs and the biggest hint for me is the n of Carmen it is basically the same n in all three Carmens. In my opinion a good  fake I wouldn't buy it.
