IS THIS WHITNEY HOUSTON AUTOGRAPH ON A VINY RECORD REAL?

Im only have very little time to buy this Whitney Houston signed LP from a seller that he got from an estate sale owned by a collector. But he doesn’t know if it’s real and he has no info .... please help!!!!

Ugly autograph (signature and smiley face overlap) from the last year(s) of her life. Her life was a bit of a mess then, and so were her autographs. No "i" dot this time  but the smiley face is also ok. Rushed.
