if you e-mail me with your regular e-mail i will send you a photo of a really nice joplin i have from a feb 1969 concert. the tickets were $4. same for anyone else interested. at 70 i can't seem to figure out how to post a pic on this site although i have done it before. yours looks ok but the sloppiest i have ever seen. maybe too much jack daniels. thanks and good luck. she was the best blues singer ever..my opinion

mine is signed on the cover of my checkbook register.....went to her concert in waterville maine and after to a pizza shop. i was standing outside when a limo pulled up. janis hopped out in a fur coat and i said "janis". she asked where a girl could get a drink in town and i pointed out this sleazy place call the chez. we talked for a time and she wanted me to go in and drink with her but i was only 20 and they wouldn't let me in. she gave me a big hug and kiss and autographed the first page in my checkbook. then she turned and went into the bar. wish i had it to do over. 2 years ago i sold her autograph-fringed vest-ornate belt-2 ticket stubs i had gotten from a girl in alabama. i still have this one and want to sell it. what do they go for these days? best to talk to me at my regular e-mail. i can sent a pic to you. this site doesn't seem to accept my files....i tried...bill
