With auctions it depends on how much interest is on that piece, if you have a couple of strong bidders things could run away.

I don't necessarily think he doesn't like checks..I think because he has this piece,he is downplaying the checks and documents and explaining why his item is far more desirable.
It really doesn't matter.I don't think he'll ever come close to his asking price.
