Finally got my book today in the US....

Inside cover ripped in two places - low and high - in the binding.

Sent off an email to Mr. Page - waiting for a reply - super super disappointed....

Did anyone get a good response from them? or am I going to have to dispute on my charge card?

It's finally here, took over two weeks. Luckily it appears to be not damaged. However, the parcel was not fully taped just like others described in their photos. It is disappointing given that it comes in a secondary, thicker box. I sincerely hope they at the very least give you 33% as suggested in the emails.
