Can you prove this claim andrew ? tell it to this fellow then --- http://www.ebay.com/itm/JK-ROWLING-True-1st-Edition-1-1-Set-of-Harr...

I went to a JK Rowling signing at Linclon Center for hew new book.  All books had an official JKH hologram attached next to the title page to ensure authenticity.  This was done to prevent forgeries.  I'd say try and get a book with one of those holograms to be sure.

This is a hobby where you live and learn - I think I've got done but you don't know - you go on faith and I always keep the receipts/coa's (though I know these don't always mean a great deal).

Sadly, I've been burnt in the industry just as much as I've had success as this is very much a learning process.

I like all of the genuine JK signatures - very nice!!

My new books   --  I buy the best types of Hp books  like this hogwart tour book with ticket  never buy without the ticket and great signature hologram or booksticker.  My only advise to my fellow potter fans. ---

My new book.  This one is so rare its not funny.  Only the publishers at raincoast were awarded these books with beautiful signature from 2000 hogwarts book sticker.  And my hogwarts tour book signed 2000 also.  If anybody can show me a photo with the raincoast bookplate i would be thrilled.  but this is the only you will see... shaun

My deathly hallows signed at the wintergarden theather  sweepsakes winning book  not even the richest jerk could get in this event without winning the contest and the goblet of fire with golden ticket and mega rare bookplate never to be seen again

It is a very rare bookplate. Rarest in fact. I have seen 4 (including your copy) in my 11 years collecting and dealing Harry Potter books. Thanks for sharing!
