Joe DiMaggio and Ted Williams Dual Signed Ball

Hey guys and gals, First timer wanting to know about a few auto's I've got.

First the Joe & Ted ball. No COA signed on a 1991 Toronto All Star ball.

I'm a long time umpire, "for the love of the game" wanna know if I'm safe or out.

Im no expert. But it looks good to me and the signature has a good flow. There are a lot of experts here, i just want to share my opinion on this one.
