That's a really nice Joe D. Me, personally, I think autographs can depreciate a little bit when they're personalized. As far as how much that particular one is worth? Wouldn't have a clue. Take a stab. $125-$150. Maybe others will chime in.

I think you could get $150 with no problem if you were to put it in a frame with a picture of him in uniform and have the signature put below it and matted. The price you get will go up enough for you to get your money back on the framing and matting as well as at least the additional $150-$200.
