Joe DiMaggio - Real or Fake?

It's apparently PSA authenticated (which it is on their site), but is located in Thailand. Not trying to be racist here or anything, but I'm just a bit suspicious. What do you guys think?

the link just takes me to the photo shown already, which is signed by Joe's sister. the ball looks like some Ive seen with the yankee clipper sticker. I dont particularly like the signature, but it I think it's authentic.
