Almost certain that's a facsimile signature. The silver foil signature does not appear to exhibit any actual pen strokes and looks the same as the printing below it.

Those types of displays are almost never handsigned in that manner. The actual signatures are generally only on the photos.

Another tell is that the color of the signature matches everything below it perfectly. Ink with that kind of shiny foil look wouldn't be used in a commercial signing--the silver would be duller of flatter.

I was just looking at these kind of things not too long ago, and, while no rule is necessarily hard & fast, the "on a picture in the display" vs "on a piece of garnish on the display" seems to be a pretty good rule to follow with those.

There are exceptions, of course, but as almost all of those types of displays incorporate a "signature" in some capacity, it's good to have that as a really basic general guideline.
