I've just come across this post, so apologies if you've received answers to any of these.

The Candice Bergen is definitely a pre-print (facsimile signature).  

I think the James Morrison (Space A&B)  and Claudia Black (Stargate) are pre-prints as well.  I've seen a couple of the Morrison photos with slightly different signatures, but this one seems to be the cleanest, and probably least likely to be authentic.

The Jim Varney I was actually torn on.  I'm pretty sure that's a pre-print as well, although it's an odd placement. Given your location, I was thinking it might have been obtained in person, but the dedication seems to be written in a different hand, so I'm presuming it, like the others, was received through the mail.

That said, I'd be interested in seeing the John Candy photo if you're inclined to post it.
