A cut from a document or letter?

good as gold.

Authentic, nothing wrong with these.

solid and very nice

I'm afraid it was a photocopy. Not the first time this has happened from an auction house or private seller. Luckily I got my money back through my bank as Cameo Auctioneers wouldn't send payment after promises and item being returned.

that's why most good authenticaters won't give an l.o.a. without  seeing it in  preson.

I thought that I had seen these before...if you go to page 257 in the new book,"The John Lennon Letters" there you will see these 2 signatures from April 1,1973 at the bottom of the "Declaration Of Nutopia".Lennon came up with the idea of starting the country of Nutopia when he was trying to prevent himself from being deported by the Nixon administration...they look to be exactly the same...

I dont like it. It has the same pressure without. Also looks to perfect to me. The yoko is not so great looking. It has a very drawn look about it.
Also why would you want to cut this from a contract? Anyone who collects autographs would not cut up the contract. Or would keep the rest of it as further proof of the items legitimacy. An honest and trusted source would have mentioned where this cut came from.
