Jordan and walter payton items

Good morning guys...I came across a gentleman who worked security for the Bulls for 20 years and had a ton of great Chicago sports (bears Bulls Blackhawks items) for sale. Obviously Id never trust a seller even of they had credentials...wanted your opinipns on this Bulls team signed ball, Jordan jersey, and payton jersey
