Is this ball legit? Have never seen a Nike ball with a UD COA.

So I contacted UD to inquire about another item I have never seen a UDA sticker on, a Jordan branded photo with the Jumpman in the corner. This is the response I received:
Hi Ryan,
Unfortunately we cannot confirm the authenticity of hologram #SHO51966 and my apologies for the inconvenience.
Thanks,

Carlos, I have been reading what you have said about Pristine Auctions. I have seen them on Craigslist and often wondered about them. Seeing the exchange here between people, I decided to Google them. It is a mixed bag on what I have read. So that and your info here, is enough for me. Thanks for keeping us informed !!
It is very common, you are correct. Unfortunately the disgruntled are more anxious to write a review then the satisfied. Hard part is distinguishing whether or not the reviews are truthful.
Comparing an auction or sales service on the internet to an online magazine or forum is like apples and oranges. Bad reviews against this site are strictly personal. Somebody doesn't like Steve they post, they don't like Chris they will post. People can post negative reviews about this site but one thing folks can be sure of is it didn't happen over this site selling them a forgery.
Sure, good point. My point was simply to illustrate that online reviews need to be filtered. All major reputable auction sites have similar negative reviews (RR Auction, Heritage, Hunt, Huggins and Scott) - all great companies.
Yes ,the complaints about forgeries were a red flag but a few other comments online troubled me.One was that someone wrote that this auction house was on Ebay under a different name and there were issues concerning licensing pictures.Another comment was from a person who stated they were offered a free gift for a positive comment.
Happy to respond to both issues that you raise. I did sell on eBay personally before opening Pristine Auction about 4 years ago. When I did sell on eBay, I did have some photographs in my inventory that I purchased that had copyright issues. I dealt with that issue years ago directly with the copyright owner.
We did have a short campaign where we offered customers a free gift to leave a review with the BBB. We didn't require a positive review, simply asked that our customers leave a review and in return we offered a free gift. I don't see anything wrong with that...?
No I guess there is nothing wrong about a free gift in exchanged for a positive review. It just appears like it is "buying a vote" but this is just my opinion.
You're twisting the truth. The free gift was to leave a review, not a bribe to leave a positive review. There was no requirement that the review was positive, we were only asking for participation.
