My gut reaction is no. It looks very close to known examples, but here are the issues I see:

1) No hook on the "J" or whatever formation that is supposed to be in the G (possibly for Gigante?) looking letter. I mean at the end of the letter.

2) The loop at the end of Altuve looks too tall and exaggerated.

That said, the market will probably be flooded with legitimate Altuve balls after August, since everyone who picked up his auto to make a quick buck will be dumping them. You *might* want to wait for a better example.
