New in my collection: Juan Peron the most influential president Argentina had to-date has signed this diploma promoting an Artillery Colonel to General of Brigade in the argentinian army in 1954.
On the left side there's a bright red sealing wax with the national coat of arms and above is the argentinan rosette (discolored)
The document is authentic and I'm proud to own it. It's a pity that has not been preserved well before reaching my hands this week.
Due to the time it was signed in 1954 and the ink signature is discolored but barely still readable and the diploma is somehow rusty, I just wonder if the document keeps its value.
Is there any way to restore the ink and the diploma without considered altered and loosing all potential value (if any) ?
