Yes, I believe it is.  There are different variations of that card from that year, meaning different pictures on the front of the card of Jabbar.  Here is one from that year that just sold on ebay.  Note the card you have is K1, and the one that sold is K2.  Not sure how many different versions there were that year, but I think your card is good.  The one that sold recently:
