Katherine Hepburn Signed Coco LP

I picked this up about 20 years ago in an antique shop.  The guy who sold it didnt know the history of it, but said he got it in a huge deal with some Broadway collector. Signed in blue ballpoint.  What do you think?

People love to get albums signed.  I know I try and get LPs signed whenever I can.
