Her CDs, vinyl and lithos from earlier this year were through them (her merch store vendor), and they were fine.

Took a quick look at my email order history. I think my only bad episode was the Ozzy signatures, though the sample size is admittedly low. The ones that seemed fine were Camila Cabello, Yungblud, Kelsea and Florence Welch. Granted, their more recent customer service trends are a bit off (put generously). As for the authenticity of the items, I would venture to guess that has little to do with Music Today themselves. Someone on Ozzy's team had that autopen.
