I like pretty much all of their items and may purchase some, however I am just curious on other member's thoughts.

some look good to me, but others not so much. Id wait for others to comment, but i took a look at the couple of the GNR full signed items, and im not convinced.

Hi.

I'm the owner of kicks-kollectibles. In terms of my music items, I always get them looked at by Roger before putting them up for sale. I get them from very trusted sources and are part of my collection. Sadly I have to part with some.

Attached Is an email conversation between Roger and Me about the GNR greatest hits CD. The picture will not show up on my phone for some reason, but the context is there

Also, if I may ask, what don't you like about the Guns N roses signed items I have for sale. The AFD cd cover is authenticated by JSA, the CD cover was looked at by Roger, and the drumhead was looked at by members on here. The drumhead especially is a prime example of an authentic band signed GNR piece.

I noticed the 3 GNR piece when i first saw the page. The thing that jumps out at me is the Slash on both pieces. The A and S formation look off to me. The Axl signatures also seem off from what i typically see Axl sign, but he signs so strangely it times that it may just not be something im used too.

The Slash formation is what made me question the pieces. Most of the time its much smoother and not as fat. The GNR pieces however were all that i looked at. If Roger said these were good then they no doubt are. I also looked at the JSA piece on the front page and they looked much more typical.

That was my assertions based on the 2 GNR pieces. But im always happy to be proved wrong, as in this case, b/c its one less item some crook will sell.

I actually got all 3 pieces from the same in person source. I only sent the one cd cover to get officially authenticated though as it was the cheapest and had the two big sigs on there.

Slash is very skinny on my Greatest Hits one and smudged a little, and then the drumhead has a larger signature. Having it in person though, you can see the flow and that most of it is consistent with his normal signature. I've seen some pretty messed up Slash's that were signed in person in front of me.

Thanks,

Kevin

Thanks Kevin for replying professionally. I wasnt sure on the items, but your explanations have changed that.

Carl

Thanks for adding your opinion :).

Just shows that there are variants of people's signatures. Deciphering from an abnormal signature or a slight variation of a letter compared to a forged signature can be difficult. That's why I love this community because it's what we do.

Any time I see a forgery, especially a power seller of forgeries, I wonder when something will be done about it. We all try and it's awesome!

Thanks again Carl!

Kevin
