I think their just mixed up with Charleton Heston

Considering that the contract is dated 1957, while The Ten Commandments was released in 1956, I'd say whoever is selling that is really not paying attention.

Good point, should knock on his door and tell him

Right!

I think this was for the eventually abandoned sequel, "The Eleven Commandments."

LOL!

He was close, I guess. He could have said Brad Pitt

It is showing PSA/DNA certified. So does that not mean anything when looking for autographs?

Interesting. I've actually bid on some items from this seller a few times, but have never won an auction. Maybe someone here will eventually chime in with some information that makes more sense. Wrong movie in the description, perhaps?

I am wondering if it is from the movie "Spartacus' maybe? Because that came out in 1960 and Henry Rogers signature is on here, and he was  down elsewhere as representing Kirk Douglas (press agent, i believe).

Maybe the sellar just put the wrong movie in the listing. Maybe it is a contract for Spartacus?

That is what i think happened.

I sent him off a quick email before it sold (just so he doesn't get a bad rep).. but see it sold and i didn't hear anything back. But whatever.
