I've seen MANY of these fully completed paint pen items. They are stylized fakes in my opinion.

A possible tell: Carr died in 1991. Paint pens of this color and caliber were not being widely used back then- perhaps gold or silver was just coming on the scene, but definitely not what you saw being used in the 80s.

Maybe it depends on the location but this exact type of silver and gold pens were the most popular for IP autograph collectors from 1985/86 and on. I have a couple of Carr autographs from 1988 signed with a silver pen, size medium, just like this one.

The tell is that Carr and Frehley did not appear together as Kiss members after 1982. So there was a very small window from the release of the album in October 1982 to their last appearance together.

Nonsense. Looks like they are all signed at the same time which could ONLY have happened during their brief promo tour in Europe in November 1982. This was the only time after Creatures of the Night was released that this line-up appeared together. They never did a full tour or a convention appearance after that.

On the flight back to New York, Ace told the others he wanted to leave the band and he didn't appear with them again until the 1996 reunion - which did not include Eric Carr who died in 1991.

It is possible that the album could be signed in Europe 1982 or just appear to be signed at the same time, but there are other issues... Ace Frehley's autograph is way too small to start with.
