KISS Reunion Press Kit Photo...Redux

Hello folks,

So I have viewed the photo that Chris received as part of his prize package from the reunion tour and I no longer believe that I can support mine as authentic. FUKKENBUMMER!! I did not buy this nor was I trying to sell it, it's meaning went deeper and I suppose in a way as a memory to a dear friend it doesn't really change. It could have been unsigned and it would still matter.

But I was fooled. Honestly, I didn't think I could be.

But I appreciate (mostly) everyone's candor, well worded responses, patience and professionalism. Obviously I did not want to be wrong.

I do want to say a word to Mark Roberts, we have spoken by phone and you are a completely kind and generous person and I appreciate your words of support even in the face of such valid skepticism. Thanks Chris, I hate that it turned out bad for both of us.

Upon realizing that I really couldn't support the piece as authentic any longer I figured I could

A) Run and hide but there was (No Where To Run) or B) Just be upfront to the people I thought were wrong and say you were right.

So I'm gonna stick around, and hopefully continue to use the collective experience of the members when I have a question or hopefully when I have some input.

Humble Pie.......no second helpings please.

Sorry it turned out to be fake john,but dont beat yourself up about it.I still think you have a lot to offer on this site regarding kiss items,so im glad you will be staying around.

Thanks guys. I could have just signed off and disappeared and been forgotten in about 18 minutes. The only person who would have suffered from that would have been me. I've collected, sold and traded KISS since 1979. I was at the 1st show of the Dynasty tour in Lakeland, Fl I won 2 radio station contests leading up to the show, met Gene ( for 30 seconds ) at the station, no make up but using a bandana all at 15. My mom had to sign as the actual winner. I walked away with Dynasty, tickets, before show meet n greet at the June 14th dress rehearsal and Double Platinum albums signed right in front of me. At 15 it was like meeting Superman, Batman Christmas morning and my birthday all in one........I was hooked for life.

I really do think or at least hope I have something to offer the group. 

I get emailed a lot of different things to give opinions on so look forward to my posting some questions for comfirmation on the things I do know and assistance on the things that I am sure I don't.
