Hi everyone, I would like to start by saying that English is not my first language and I sometimes use Google Translator. We all know this can be inaccurate. Now for the autograph. Do you think this is real or fake? This was sold on ebay. Starting price €99.00. The autograph is said to be from February 9th, 1994 when Nirvana gave a concert in Spain. This CD was also auctioned from this country. The seller sells several autographs because he is an autograph hunter. He would have bought Kurt's autograph from a Nirvana collector. No one has observed or bid on this item. It wasn't until I had bid an amount that two more bids suddenly came in and the autograph was sold for almost €125. Here I suspect that the seller himself bid. 124€ also seems unrealistic to me, if that is supposed to be a real autograph. I wrote to the seller beforehand and asked for information about where he bought the autograph. There was no answer for a long time. Only when I asked him again. It also strikes me as odd why Kurt should have signed this with kur"d"t. To my knowledge, Kurt signed as Kurt in 1994.
What do you think about it?

I don't like it as I don't like the story behind. I would avoid it.

I didn't buy it. I suspect the seller asked his friends etc to bid. This article had 0 observers. suddenly two bid. I think everyone knows Kurt's autographs are worth a fortune. As far as we know, nobody sells it for €125

Agreed. Just yesterday his guitar was sold for 4.5 million dollars at Julien's Auctions. Obviously it's not an autograph, but it's clear any K. Cobain memorabilia doesn't come cheap.

Not real in my opinion. Not only does it look fake but I have never seen an authentic Kurt signature with the peace symbol ever.
