Letter from The Office of President Taft- value? Thoughts?

A signed letter from President Taft - with generic content - on White House stationary will go for about $250-$450 depending.

As this letter has limited historical value, and the secretary is unknown, I would think you'd have a hard time even getting $30 for this.
