I only know that the photo was included in a pictorial souvenir booklet  issued by Beatles (USA) Ltd the group's official American fan club. Maybe one of their photographers.

Picture was photo shopped....Silver Disc awards from 1963...

i knew I'd seen that photo before....silver disc awards for "With The Beatles" late '63...
