Linkin Park?

I have been a long time Rock and Roll collector. Maybe I'm just too old but quite frankly I have no idea who these guys are. But I just bought this for a whopping $9.99 framed (love that Goodwill) my question is is this real. Who signed it and did I get a good deal? Secondly is this band any good? For $10 I took a chance. Any help would be appreciated!
