I purchased a Kurt Russell autograph from Autographs Plus in Myrtle Beach SC and it failed JSA and I am trying to find them..  

Anyone deal with them or know how to get up with them. I know it used to be a chain or something.  Here is the info on the certificate -

It states that they are members of UACC but I cant find them on the UACC site either.
