Looking for opinions on a Ali photo

I have a chance to buy this Ali photo but would like the boards opinion on its authenticity. It come with a Steiner COA and one of their old school certs but since Ali is one of the most forged autographs I am still a bit nervous if it is real. Thanks for the help.

I was thinking its a fake Coa. I'm not certain but have seen quite a few fake ones turning up. It's easier to notice when the same seller is selling Muhammad, Michael Jordan and many other names that have never signed for Stiener.
