Once again, I want to know if you think this is real. I'm not so familiar with her signature.

Did she signed all her photos or there's secretarials?

IMO - every Mae West signature I have seen looks exactly like this so i’m Thinking this is legit. Back in the 70s I called her - she was listed in the LA phone book - so I could verify her address because I wanted to send her one of her books to sign for me. A man answered and verified the address. I mailed the book and a couple of weeks later got the book back - signed - looking exactly like yours.
