Hi. Just want a couple opinions from some folks who know Manny Pacquiao's signature. I was given this framed pair of shorts from a friend. He said it was bought on eBay coming from the Philippines. It's already framed, so I'll take the best pics I can. Also with it already framed, can I still have it certified/verified? Thanks everybody in advance!
