I honestly can't tell from this poor quality image. plus is is signed with a thick marker.

I think it might be authentic but agree with Terrier that we need a clearer picture of the entire item to make a more definitive determination.

I concur with both Terrier and Randy, the image quality needs to be better to judge.  However, from what I can see, I see some ink pooling in some of the signatures.  Could be due to the thickness of the marker or it could be because they were forged.  Tough call unless we see a clearer scan.
