Mantle, williams, and joe d ball scam?

Did my neighbor get scammed a charity auction? He was showing me his items, and I didn't feel confident with the certifications that came with the balls? What are your thoughts?

The Mantle is authentic, the Joe D looks fine as well. The Williams is a poor quality picture but looks like a bad forgery from what I can see...

wow, after seeing this I saw "Charity Auction"-STEEErike 1, Then the cert with the Williams from Florida-Steeerike 2, then looked at the Mantle & Dimaggio and ....Low and behold, depending what he paid, he didn't get Jack Hammered too bad. The Dimaggio and Mantle look good, IMHO and are inscribed, which is nice as well.
