These typically come in an extravagant display to disguise the ugly signatures.

Seller says the "COA" is lost (which was worthless to begin with), but that this is "A TRUE AUTHENTIC PIECE, THE REAL DEAL!"

Unfortunately not, and it sucks if he's had this hanging for 15 years under that assumption...
