This discussion got a buried in the previous thread so I am pulling it out here because I think it is important to discuss.

Mead Chasky is well known in the sports world for having contracts with players such as Robinson Cano and conducting signings and selling game used equipment. As far as I know, all of his sports items have been legitimate through the years.

The question pertains to the music and entertainment items he is selling. One member confirmed that he does obtain IP entertainment autos in NYC. However, another member stated that all of his music items are forgeries.

Here is the link to his eBay page: http://www.ebay.com/sch/Entertainment-Memorabilia-/45100/i.html?_ss...

I'm seeing more than a couple things that don't look right.  Several of the autographs seem be signed much more slowly than they typically would be - Bale, Cloony, Cruise.  Just my non-professional opinion.

Actually, the Bale just looks flat out wrong.

I only looked at the celebrity graphs but several of them are missing characteristics necessary for them to be authentic. I personally would pass.

Mead pays kids in the street in NYC to bring him autographs. He does not witness them. So what would stop them from bringing him junk when they have a slow week? Nothing.

Interesting. You would think people like this would care a little more about their reputation than making a couple extra bucks.
