Meinhardt Raabe wizard of oz Munchkin autograph authentic?

Hello:

I have a chance to buy this post of $45, with this autograph.  He was one of the last living Munchkins.  Could you please give your advice if you think is autograph is authentic or not?  TIA!

Not being an Oz specialist, it looks pretty close. They are called munchkins though, the oomps are willy Wonka.

It looks close! Classic movie almost all are gone from it... if not all at this point I met him about 10 years ago nice guy very quiet. Mine was signed in ball point pen. I think it's a steal but that's just me sentimentally speaking because I've seen it a ton of times and they don't make them like this any more.
