Hi Kevin,

I think i can answer why your not getting much help on this one. And unfortunately im not going to be much better. Metallica is just so easy to forge nowadays. With the way James, KH, and Lars sign, they can easily be forged. Typically KH and Roberts autographs are the only ones that i can make any determination on at all, and tryign to determine a legit KH from a fake is a bear sometimes. Typically Robert is harder to forge and thats how i normally can distinguish a bad set from a good one, if everything else lines up. And of course Robert isnt on thsi item, lol. So i cant really tell as far as authenticity.

Its a shame they are that easy to forge but they are. On an item like this i would suggest getting a PSA QO if they are from an auction, or better yet, getting a quick opinion from Roger Epperson.
