Michael 1998
Michael Jackson signed everything with "1998" for years before 1998. I get why but when did he stop? I've seen tons of videos of him signing in the 2000s and he didn't add it then. But fans who met him and got things signed in the early 90s have "1998" on the pieces. I've seen junk on Etsy with the 1998 added Invincible and Blood On The Dance Floor. Etsy alone makes it garbage but when did he retire the 1998 add on? And when did he start?

Michael was interested in numerology at the time and signed this up until 1998. He was convinced he would die at age 40. Obviously, once 1998 passed there was no need to sign it. Michael.also used to add 3 circles which some believe was meant to signify that hed like to have three children.

That's really interesting thanks. I've heard him say he wanted more children and said he wanted to adopt from all around the world as well. I've seen a podcast with a fan who met him a number of times and most of her signed items she got in person had 1998 on them and even she didn't know why. He seemed like he signed any and everything he was given but I've heard stories that he would avoid signing certain things that had his teenage face on it. I dont know how true that is but it is hard to find many signed photos from the late 70s. Has that been your experience?
